The User shall have the right to withdraw from the contract with the Owner and withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by deleting the registration or sending an email to support@viewp.app. 4.3. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to the anonymized data (those that do not allow the identification of the User) collected for statistical purposes. 5. What measures are taken by the Owner to ensure data security? 5.1. In order to ensure data security, the Owner takes technical and organizational measures, as well as establishes rules and procedures that protect the data during their collection, storage, and processing. The Owner shall prevent destruction and unauthorized access to the data. 5.2. The Owner shall use data processing devices to verify the validity of the information being processed, as well as to verify the immutability of data and to provide protection against unauthorized access. 5.3. The User shall have the following rights in relation to their personal data provided to the Owner: - The right of the personal data subject to receive detailed data processing information; - The right to access personal data; - The right to correct or delete personal data (the right to be forgotten); - The right to restrict the processing of personal data; - The right to transfer personal data; - The right to appeal. 7.2. The User can exercise the personal data subject rights by sending a request to the owner in one of the following ways: - By email to: support@viewp.app. The response to the request shall be provided to the User within one month from the date of its receipt. In case the request is rejected, the User shall be notified of the reasons and grounds thereof within one month from the date of receipt of the request.
